Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and other global privacy regulations.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect what you type into our forms. Each form asks for different things:

  • Mailing list signup (in the footer and the popup): your email address, country, and zip or postal code, plus the city and region we look up from it.
  • Contact form (Booking, Press, General): your name, email address, and message. The Booking tab also asks for your zip code, and fills in your city and state from it.
  • "Tell him where to come": your first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code, city, state, and an optional message.
  • Guest list request: your first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code, city, state, party size, and the social platforms and handles where you follow Martin.
  • Any other information you choose to share.

Where a form asks for a zip or postal code, we look it up against a public postal-code service (Zippopotam.us) to fill in the matching city and region. Only the postal code and country are sent, never your name or email, and nothing about you is stored there. On most forms you can edit the city and region it suggests; on the footer and popup signup they are not shown, and are recorded as the lookup returned them.

Automatically Collected Information

With your consent, we automatically collect certain information when you visit our website:

  • IP address (anonymized)

  • Pages visited and time spent on site
  • Referring website
  • Device information

Google Tag Manager & Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage. We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 and IP anonymization. Google Privacy Policy

Meta Pixel (Facebook Ads)

With your consent (Accept All only), we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for future ad campaigns. The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and pages visited. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta Privacy Policy

Mailing List (Mailchimp)

If you join the mailing list, what you submitted is stored and processed by Intuit Mailchimp so we can send you tour announcements and presale codes. How much that is depends on which form you used: the footer and popup signup send your email address, country, postal code, city, and region, while the "Tell him where to come", guest list, and contact Booking forms also send your name and phone number, and the guest list form additionally sends the social handles you gave. We tag each signup with the form it came from.

On every form except the footer and popup signup, joining the mailing list is a separate, optional tick box that is off by default. Leaving it unticked still sends your message, request, or enquiry. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, at any time, using the link in that email. Mailchimp Privacy Statement

Forms that ask for your phone number also offer a separate, optional box to receive marketing text messages. It is off by default. If you tick it, your phone number is sent to Mailchimp for SMS. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Contact, Booking and Requests (Resend)

Everything you send through our forms is delivered to us by email using Resend. That covers the contact form (Booking, Press and General), the "Tell him where to come" form, and the guest list request. Whatever that form asked you for is transmitted in that email and kept so we can respond to you. Which address it reaches depends on the form and, for the contact form, the tab you chose.

Sending one of these does not put you on the mailing list. Where a form offers it, joining is a separate tick box that is off by default, and we record alongside your message whether you ticked it. If you did, your details are also sent to Mailchimp as described above. Resend Privacy Policy

Merchandise Store (Shopify)

Our merchandise is displayed from, and sold through, a Shopify store. Browsing merchandise on this site loads product images from Shopify. If you follow a link to buy, any purchase, payment, and shipping information is collected by Shopify under its own privacy policy, not ours. Shopify Privacy Policy

Show Listings (PunchUp)

Tour dates and Room 808 show listings are loaded from PunchUp's public show feed. This is a read-only request for publicly listed show information and does not transmit personal data about you. Ticket links take you to third-party ticketing providers, each governed by its own privacy policy.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Embedded Content

We may embed content from YouTube (using privacy-enhanced mode) and other platforms. When you interact with embedded content, those services may collect data according to their privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who provide services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising)
